This is a great apartment community! The staff have been very friendly and responsive since the beginning. Maintenance gets handled in a timely manner. There are also lots of fun events the building throws to bring residents together. You can't be the size and location of the apartment for the price!

We have been very happy with both the community and the staff at The Lofts at Shillito. I think of it as our home, not our apartment. Located in the core of downtown, it puts us walking distance from both work and play. The building is a piece of Cincinnati history.

As a young professional, this apartment is ideal in terms of location, price, and amenities. It's right in the middle of downtown (only a 15 min walk to both OTR & the banks), and very close to the bus line as well as the connector. Apartment was very spacious as well. For the price you can't beat it!

It is a great option in downtown Cincinnati! It is safe, close to local entertainment and relatively affordable compared to nearby buildings. The amenities (specifically the gym and pool) are convenient and well-kept. Additionally, the parking is convenient.
