This is a great apartment community! The staff have been very friendly and responsive since the beginning. Maintenance gets handled in a timely manner. As a young professional, this apartment is ideal in terms of location, price, and amenities. It's right in the middle of downtown (only a 15 min walk to both OTR & the banks), and very close to the bus line as well as the connector. Apartment was very spacious as well.
