We'd have to say that we enjoy renting from Towne Properties because they take care of us! We have always felt valued as a person, not just as a customer. Our first impression was wonderful. It isn't often that every resident knows everyone on staff by first name and the staff is so friendly, fun and helpful. Once, we called because the bathtub wasn't draining fast enough and maintenance was here before I got out of the shower! Our apartment floor plan is the best! Did I mention that the resident parties are a blast? I don't know of any other company that take the time, energy and money to invite all their renters for food, drink and fun at various locations around the city. Towne Properties is the best! -Nancy
